What you will do

• Promote and enforce construction safety and health plans, conducting audits and managing risks.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities of contractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate contractor interfaces and lead weekly progress and coordination meetings.
• Oversee quality implementation, including daily inspections and punch-list management.
• Manage commercial aspects, including field variations, scope changes, and cost claims.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate red-line mark-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or a strong trades background.
• At least 20 years of experience in the Construction Services sector.
• Experience in Life Sciences and/or Mission Critical sectors is essential.
• Proven experience managing large construction packages.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
