Senior Project Manager

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do

• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple creative, strategy, and tech workstreams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets, burn reports, and write Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Monitor project risks and scope creep, proactively identifying solutions to potential problems.
• Communicate project statuses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines to ensure successful launches on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding New Mexico and Hawaii).
• Extensive experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery through technical implementation.
• Proven background in agency environments working on creative and digital projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, specifically Agile.
• Experience with team management, task allocation, and mentorship.
• Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Jira, and Coda.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma.
