What you will do

• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and enhancement projects from planning through production deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers, and action items.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for communications across internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Operations) and external clients.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive updates to ensure alignment and delivery readiness.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints within Agile delivery environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Ensure that implemented solutions are successfully transitioned into sustainable business-as-usual operational support models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, or Program Coordination.
• Proven track record of leading client-facing software implementations, onboarding, or SaaS deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and coordinate work across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in or able to work from Edgewood, NY

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, regulatory communications, or enterprise software.
• Background in technology implementation for large-scale organizations.
