What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of business workstreams, tracking timelines, and proactively flagging risks.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling, CRM updates, and vendor management.
• Coordinate and execute company events, managing logistics, materials, and on-site support.
• Develop pitch materials, presentations, and content for new business opportunities.
• Support marketing efforts, including the monthly newsletter and social media outreach.
• Collaborate across internal IR and PR teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior applicable experience (work or internship) and a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
• Discretion in handling confidential information with professionalism.
