People & TA Coordinator (Retail)

Location: New York City office; on-site

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year plus benefits

What you will do

• Support daily personnel administration and prepare employee documents.
• Assist retail and office teams with talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Write job advertisements and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process.
• Build talent pipelines and support candidate sourcing.
• Maintain accurate People systems and provide onboarding support.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Clear communication, collaboration, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or the fashion industry.
