What you will do

  • Manage global benefits operations across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, overseeing vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Administer pension and retirement schemes, FSA/HSA funding, and COBRA processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Workday, processing onboarding, beneficiary updates, and one-time payments.
  • Resolve employee queries via JIRA and maintain the internal global Benefits Wiki.
  • Plan and coordinate on-site and virtual events, including the annual Open Enrollment Fair.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage payroll deductions for benefits in Ireland and the UK.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with Workday Benefits Administration.
  • Working knowledge of benefits regulations in the US, UK, and Ireland (including COBRA, FSA/HSA, and pension auto-enrolment).
  • Proven capability in data entry, reconciliation, and system troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and vendor management.
