What you will do

• Partner with local management to align people strategies with business priorities and support organizational transformation.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, performance and pay reviews, Workday updates, and standard HR operations.
• Handle day-to-day employee relations and provide solutions aligned with French labor law and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll data management and local regulatory reporting for France.
• Support works council processes, early-stage negotiations, and the rollout of group people programs.
• Analyze HR workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency, data quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Professional experience as an HR Generalist, Junior People Partner, or HR Specialist in an international environment.
• On-site experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of French labor law, employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, and standard HR practices.
• Experience using HRIS platforms for data entry and reporting; Workday experience is relevant.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Availability to work primarily at the Nanteuil-le-Haudouin plant and regularly visit the Paris office.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with works councils.
• Hands-on proficiency with Workday HRIS.
• Degree or formal education in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or Business.
