What you will do

• Deliver focused, on-site training to low-performing DSPs to improve compliance standards.
• Conduct hands-on, in-field coaching to identify and retrain non-compliant drivers.
• Design and implement a structured training and retraining workflow for operational staff.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain training materials to ensure consistency.
• Integrate PU/DO training streams into a unified learning path aligned with compliance metrics.
• Manage a workload consisting of 70% field work and 30% administrative management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in L&D, training design, or operational compliance, preferably within logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong ability to coach, influence behavior, and drive performance improvement.
• High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
