What you will do
- Partner with business leaders and Centers of Excellence to develop business and HR strategies.
- Lead talent management, development, succession, talent review, and calibration initiatives.
- Advise on organization design, functional transformation, and change management.
- Manage employee relations and labor processes, including collaboration with the French Works Council.
- Oversee HR processes, investigations, and disciplinary management while partnering with the service center.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR professional ethics.
- Fluency in English and French.
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating with French Works Councils.
- Experience working in a matrix international organization across multiple countries and local labor environments.
- Expertise working with HR Centers of Expertise and Solution Centers.
