What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and COEs to develop HR strategies and enhance organizational culture.
• Lead talent management and development strategies, including succession planning and calibration meetings.
• Advise on organization design and change management to ensure strategic objectives are met.
• Manage employee and labor relations, specifically fostering relationships with the French Works Council.
• Oversee core HR processes, investigations, and discipline management in coordination with the Service Center.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Generalist or Specialist roles, preferably within a multinational company.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Solid knowledge of French employment law and HR professional ethics.
• Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Previous experience collaborating with French Works Councils.
• Experience working within a matrix international organization across multiple countries.
• Expertise working with HR Centers of Expertise (COE) and Solution Centers.
• Experience with Swiss employment legislation and HR practices.
