What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle and coaching managers on team development.
• Drive performance management cycles and support organizational design and workforce planning within the GTM scope.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on people-related initiatives and contribute to Works Council (CSE) topics.
• Leverage people data to identify trends and build models that translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Design and build AI agents to automate People Partnership processes and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• Proven seniority in a People Partner role, ideally within a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of GTM populations, specifically Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret people analytics and build actionable models.
• Hands-on appetite or experience in building AI agents and automating HR workflows.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Location: Based in Paris.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
