Senior People Partner (HRBP)

Senior People Partner (HRBP): Providing strategic and hands-on people support across the business with an accent on talent strategy and employee lifecycle management. Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (2 remote days per week, 1 remote week per quarter)

What you will do

• Oversee critical business areas and provide strategic people support across the organization.
• Guide employees through the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and career development to offboarding.
• Coach and advise leaders at all levels, including C-level executives, on management, organizational design, and compensation.
• Develop and lead key talent strategy initiatives such as performance management and mentoring.
• Enhance global People processes to optimize strategy and support team growth.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager.
• Proven track record of managing the full People Cycle (performance reviews, compensation, career development).
• Perfectly fluent in English (C1).
• Strong experience in French Employment Law or a deep understanding of International Employment Law.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an international environment.
• Must be based in Paris, France to support the hybrid work model.
