What you will do
- Administer the company’s social dialogue: manage CSE meetings, union relationships, and local negotiations with a strategic approach.
- Ensure legal compliance across HR practices through rigorous research aligned with French labor law and collective agreements.
- Build and prepare mandatory social reports (e.g., BDESE, gender equality index).
- Monitor legal developments and send critical compliance alerts to leadership.
- Benchmark and coordinate compliance obligations across subsidiaries, working with external counsel to keep standards consistent.
- Own and analyze compliance data by maintaining trackers and delivering insights for strategic HR decisions.
Requirements
- Expertise in French labor law (Master’s degree in Labor Law (Droit Social) or equivalent experience) with strong command of the Code du Travail and recent reforms.
- Native French fluency for legal drafting, alongside fluent English (spoken and written).
- Analytical rigor and strong attention to detail for managing complex datasets and regulatory trackers.
- Strategic mindset: treat labor relations as competitive advantage, not only compliance.
- Proactive ownership mindset to identify risks early and drive solutions.
- Ability to support constructive, honest social dialogue that builds lasting trust with stakeholders.
