What you will do

• Own the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate, and well-controlled financial reporting.
• Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and core accounting activities.
• Deliver monthly revenue, operating expense, P&L, and balance sheet analysis for Finance leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and operational teams on international expansion and new legal entities.
• Own finance processes and reporting structures in SAP while driving automation and transformation initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Cyprus-based Financial Control team.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
• Strong international experience in Financial Control, Controllership, or Finance Operations.
• Proven ownership of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and core accounting controls.
• Experience with revenue, cost, and performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Leadership experience managing and developing finance teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
