What you will do

• Lead modernization and automation of core finance processes.
• Drive standardization and efficiency improvements across accounting and reporting.
• Improve month-end close processes and strengthen financial controls and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement digital finance solutions while supporting operational accounting when needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in operational accounting.
• Experience driving finance transformation and process improvements.
• Experience working in a modern ERP environment.
• Ability to streamline financial processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-growing or scale-up organization.
• Experience working with NetSuite.
