Finance Manager / Controller

What you will do

• Own the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, expenses, cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
• Maintain an auditable general ledger across multiple entities and currencies.
• Coordinate external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors across jurisdictions.
• Build scalable financial controls, policies, and tooling for the company's growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance at controller, senior accountant, or accounting manager level.
• Strong GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge with the ability to independently own the financial close.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company, including work across entities and currencies.
• Proficiency with modern accounting and ERP systems and strong spreadsheet skills.
• Based in Luxembourg and able to work in a cross-time-zone, remote-friendly environment.
• Precise, organized, self-directed, dependable, and able to communicate clearly.

• CPA or ACCA qualification.
