What you will do

• Transform and govern the finance function across a growing multi-entity group.
• Standardize the chart of accounts and improve financial reporting and record-keeping systems through automation.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements and drive an accurate month-end close.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory and tax compliance across the group.
• Coordinate external auditors, tax authorities, and advisors while providing actionable financial insights to executive leadership and investors.
• Coach and develop the finance team and build a high-performing finance-operations unit.

Requirements

• CPA or CA qualification, such as ACA or ACCA, or an equivalent credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience across finance, controlling, and accounting, including experience in Big Four firms or a fast-paced consumer technology company.
• Strong command of IFRS and proven experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction financial reporting.
• Experience operating in the UAE and KSA regulatory and tax environments is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Hands-on GCC exposure, particularly to UAE and KSA tax and statutory requirements.
• Experience developing finance teams with strong ownership and performance.
