Sr. Project Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead EPC, design-build, and service projects for semiconductor facility infrastructure and sub-fab systems.
• Oversee project performance, financial forecasting, schedules, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams from schematic design through construction administration.
• Lead pursuit activities, proposal strategy, execution planning, staffing plans, risk identification, and commercial assumptions.
• Build client relationships, lead workshops and negotiations, and identify opportunities for additional services and repeat work.
• Develop project execution and change management plans while mentoring project teams and promoting disciplined delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor facility infrastructure or large industrial and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with central utility systems, power distribution and reliability, industrial water and wastewater systems, and large-scale EPC or design-build delivery.
• Strong financial acumen, including invoicing, cost control, change management, forecasting, and project profitability.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to complete applicable pre-employment background, drug-screen, and motor-vehicle-record checks.
