What you will do

• Oversee construction and field engineering activities, ensuring compliance with design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality requirements.
• Serve as the main liaison between project teams, company leadership, clients, engineering representatives, contractors, subcontractors, union officials, and field supervisors.
• Lead site safety planning, incident prevention, safety goals, and employee motivation initiatives in coordination with the Safety Manager.
• Manage project staffing, labor resources, staff performance, labor relations, subcontractor bidding, awards, and contract close-out.
• Control project financials, indirect accounts, equipment costs, income, expenses, and contract performance.
• Represent the project in internal and external meetings and coordinate corporate support for site operations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Construction Management, bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related construction degree.
• 10–15 years of equivalent industrial facility construction management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations.
• Strong critical thinking, planning, decision-making, communication, leadership, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to frequently monitor an active worksite, including standing, climbing stairs and ladders, stooping, lifting, and bending.

Nice to have

• Experience with project scheduling or cost management.
