What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing capacity expansion and new factory initiatives (greenfield and brownfield).
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage capital expenditure budgets, prepare business cases, and track expenditures against approved limits.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on line balancing and the integration of automation and digital factory solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams across global regions to align project delivery with business objectives.
• Utilize business intelligence data (ERP, MES) to drive strategic decisions and develop capacity scenario models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing context.
• Proven success leading large-scale manufacturing facility projects from scope through operational handover.
• Expertise in capital expenditure budgeting, financial modeling, and project justification.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in power, thermal management, or critical infrastructure manufacturing.
• Knowledge of global supply chain dynamics and total landed cost analysis.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
