What you will do

• Identify and manage project risks and collaborate with engineers and architects to determine project specifications.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee the work of contractors, laborers, and mechanics, providing guidance and direction.
• Embed and maintain a strong safety culture within the project team and on-site workers.
• Prepare and implement progress reports, handle commissioning, and manage project handover.
• Process pay applications, invoices, and maintain updated project construction schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial or commercial project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to manage contractors and consultants.
• Experience in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in McKinney, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience in the wire manufacturing industry.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, and facility management repair procedures.
• Knowledge of life safety monitoring and control systems for equipment.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification.
• Proficiency in relevant computing and project management software.
