What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events, RFPs, and contract negotiations across multiple spend categories including SaaS, IT hardware, and professional services.
• Manage high-volume vendor workflows and supplier renewals using Coupa and Omnea platforms.
• Review and redline vendor contracts in partnership with Legal and InfoSec teams to protect commercial and data interests.
• Develop procurement reporting and analytics, translating spend data into executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to establish sourcing strategies and category playbooks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading strategic sourcing and negotiating commercial terms for SaaS, services, or hardware contracts.
• Proficiency with Coupa and advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Ability to review and redline vendor agreements alongside legal teams.
• Strong self-starter with initiative to improve processes and manage renewals independently.
• Location: Must be based in the USA, preferably near Atlanta or Boston hubs.
