Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the USA; not eligible to be performed in Hawaii. US based team members outside Pacific time zone must work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm PT.

Salary: $121,840 - $179,200 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development to execute high-visibility strategic initiatives.
• Perform financial analyses to support decisions on pricing, new product launches, and cost structure optimization.
• Develop a vision for efficient scaling and improve the business's overall financial performance and path to profitability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure financially sound decision-making for new vendors and product development.
• Manage ad hoc strategic projects to support corporate development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, or Strategic Finance/Ops within a startup environment.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools.
• Experience building complex financial models from scratch and a robust understanding of financial statements.
• Must maintain US work authorization for the duration of employment without sponsorship.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical skills and a bias towards action in fast-paced environments.

• Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare.
• Direct experience with pricing and packaging strategies.
