What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end PR-to-PO process, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely execution across all business units.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and due diligence in collaboration with Legal, Security, and IT teams.
• Administer the contract signature process and maintain master data and system configurations in Spendesk.
• Review and match supplier invoices against purchase orders in coordination with the Accounts Payable team.
• Support internal stakeholders with equipment orders and procurement workflow queries.
• Prepare spend analysis reports and monitor supplier performance to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a P2P or procurement operations role.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system or procurement platform.
• Experience using Jira or a similar ticketing system to manage cross-functional requests.
• Solid understanding of the full procure-to-pay cycle across hardware, software, and professional services.
• English: C1 level (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Location: Must be based in Germany.
