What you will do

• Deliver measurable savings and cost avoidance across Corporate Services spend.
• Develop strategic procurement plans for HR and Facilities/Real Estate.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including RFx, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to structure risk-aware contracts and commercial terms.
• Improve supplier governance and performance management routines across the vendor portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• 3+ years of experience managing Corporate Services categories (e.g., Facilities, HR, Travel).
• Proven track record of independently leading complex RFx and contract execution processes.
• Strong analytical skills for spend analysis, benchmarking, and business case development.
• Deep understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay practices.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
