Sales Operator

Location: North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; in-office Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and submit sales proposals for prospective customers and corporate contracts.
• Support sales representatives with daily operational responsibilities.
• Process sales orders received from customers and partners.
• Follow up on new customer orders and provide status updates to the sales team.
• Manage sales metric reporting and customer pricing models in the CRM system.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports using the accounting system and Excel.

Requirements

• At least one year of office administrative experience.
• HubSpot experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing executive calendars and a college degree are preferred.
