Salary: $60,000–$88,800 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily facility upkeep, maintenance, and service requests.
• Source, schedule, and supervise vendors for maintenance, repairs, and office reconfigurations.
• Support in-office events by coordinating AV, catering, and room layouts.
• Conduct regular floor walks to ensure office spaces are functional, safe, and aesthetically maintained.
• Manage administrative documentation, compliance logs, and facilities budget tracking.
• Provide high-touch support for employee onboarding and workplace tours.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, or hospitality.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and helpdesk tools like Service Now.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and workplace events.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work fully onsite (Monday to Friday) in San Mateo, CA.
• Ability to provide occasional off-hours support for emergencies or events.
