What you will do

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific service-level agreements across the assigned customer portfolio.
• Coordinate the resolution of incidents in existing logistics solutions with customers and internal departments.
• Optimize logistics and transport processes in collaboration with key account management and other teams.
• Communicate with customer operational contacts in German and English to build long-term working relationships.
• Prepare and independently present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Operational experience in parcel operations, transportation, or warehouse management within an e-commerce environment.
• Experience with B2B customer communication and customer service.
• Data-driven approach and strong service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English and German proficiency at C1 level or above.
