What you will do

• Manage communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Support clients with complex logistical needs and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Ensure all shipments and customs requirements comply with international and company regulations.
• Prepare and present price quotes for internal and external customers.
• Resolve shipment deviations flexibly and provide efficient solutions for clients.
• Identify sales leads and collaborate with the sales team to develop accounts.

Requirements

• Background or training in business administration, logistics, or operations.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills to resolve issues.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
