HSE Advisor - Logistics Operations (m/f/d)

Location: Hamburg, Germany (up to 8 days mobile work per month)

What you will do

• Take responsibility for all HSE aspects of end-to-end logistics operations
• Support managers in building positive HSE culture aligned with Behaviour-Based-Safety program
• Ensure HSE requirements integration and evaluation for logistics service providers
• Coordinate with Country HSE teams and monitor contractor performance proactively
• Conduct audits, support HSE incident investigations and Life-Saving-Rules breaches
• Engage with customers, authorities on HSE topics and represent logistics in committees

Requirements

• Completed qualification in Health and Safety, Environment or technical field (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years HSE experience in ISO-certified environment with logistics
• Experience as Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and strong knowledge of ADR regulations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good English skills
