Supply Chain Analyst (Wolt Market)

What you will do

• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment across hirify.global Market dark stores in Germany.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts to guide ordering and balance product availability with waste.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks, including supplier delays and warehouse capacity issues, and drive process improvements.
• Build reports and dashboards covering stock-outs, waste, on-time delivery, and other supply chain KPIs.
• Share data-driven insights with store operations, category management, and central supply chain teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, retail operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience or interest in grocery, e-commerce, or quick commerce environments.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Structured, data-driven problem-solving skills and the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• Fluent English and German, written and spoken, are required for collaboration with local teams, suppliers, and stores across Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with WMS or ERP systems and demand forecasting tools.
• Background in FMCG or grocery supply chain.
• SQL or similar tools for extracting and analyzing data.
• Comfort using AI tools and prompting to automate repetitive work.
