What you will do

• Develop and improve company-wide corporate security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct security risk assessments and threat analyses for facilities, personnel, and assets.
• Design and oversee physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Manage external security providers, guarding services, and security technology partners.
• Lead internal investigations regarding security incidents, theft, fraud, or policy violations.
• Coordinate crisis management, emergency response, and evacuation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Criminology, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Corporate or Industrial Security.
• Proven experience in managing security investigations and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems and risk management planning.
• Professional communication skills in English or German.
• Experience in manufacturing, defence, or aerospace environments is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Manager (CSM).
• Ukrainian language skills.
