What you will do

• Lead and support a regional team of security professionals across the AMER region to maintain operational standards.
• Oversee physical security programs, policies, and procedures across offices and studio locations.
• Manage third-party security providers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with expectations.
• Lead response efforts for workplace security incidents and collaborate with Legal, HR, and Workplace teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate security reviews to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate security planning and operational readiness for hirify.global events, activations, and executive engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security, law enforcement, military, or intelligence.
• Proven experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and team development.
• Ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions during incidents.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or third-party security providers.
• Must be based in one of the California offices (San Mateo, San Diego, Aliso Viejo, or Los Angeles).

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, gaming, or entertainment industries.
• Industry certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional).
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, or Business.
