Salary: $193,800–$313,500 starting base salary annually, with offers potentially exceeding this range.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Growth & Acquisition engineering strategy for hirify.global’s .com platform.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-layer engineering organization through engineering managers and technical leaders.
• Drive delivery across customer-facing products and platform services while balancing modernization, scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Commerce, Data Science, and Engineering leaders to shape strategy and prioritize investments.
• Guide architectural direction and establish operating mechanisms, governance, and performance metrics.
• Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading high-performing engineering organizations.
• Experience owning engineering vision, technology strategy, and execution for customer-facing platforms influencing acquisition, engagement, commerce, and revenue.
• Experience leading multi-team organizations through engineering managers and developing senior technical leaders.
• Ability to make complex decisions across architecture, organizational design, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and communication skills with senior business and engineering leaders.
• Must be based in California, USA for this remote role.
