Director / Vice President, Remote Service Operations (Managed Services): Overseeing the Remote Support and Systems Engineering organization with an accent on operational excellence, service quality, and scalable growth. Location: Must be based in the U.S.
Salary: $150,000 - $230,000

What you will do
- Lead and mentor Remote Support and Systems Engineering teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for Remote Service Operations, aligning priorities with business objectives.
- Drive service quality by managing SLA performance, backlog health, and client satisfaction.
- Mature ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes to improve operational consistency.
- Oversee departmental budgets, resource planning, and capacity management to support organizational growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide operational insights and support transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within an MSP, MSSP, or enterprise technology services organization.
- Proven success leading remote support or technical operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles, ITSM best practices, and ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent communication and executive presence to influence stakeholders.
