Salary: $168,400 - $210,500 USD

What you will do

• Shape the technical vision and reference architectures for modern application development on Azure, including microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Oversee key client engagements to ensure quality, alignment with business goals, and predictable outcomes.
• Lead and develop managers, Principal Architects, and senior engineers through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Drive the creation of reusable assets, tools, and accelerators to improve delivery speed and consistency.
• Partner with GTM teams to create software engineering offerings and support complex sales pursuits as a subject matter expert.
• Manage portfolio utilization, margins, and staffing to balance financial goals with team health.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in application development and/or software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and leading development teams.
• Must be based in the US; at this time, the company cannot sponsor applicants for work visas.
• Expertise in a major cloud platform, with Azure strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated strength in people leadership, specifically coaching other managers and senior technical leaders.
