What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for major platform initiatives, including a new billing platform.
• Set clear goals and delivery milestones and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
• Make critical build-vs-buy and sequencing decisions for the technical organization.
• Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the org.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate team velocity and bring an AI-native perspective to development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with significant time leading engineering teams.
• Experience managing engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
• Track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to completion.
• Deep understanding of SaaS software architecture and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Must be based in the Americas or LATAM region.
• Demonstrated AI-native leadership and a track record of implementing AI-first development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in self-service growth, audience segmentation, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Exposure to billing, subscriptions, or monetization systems.
• Experience delivering results at high-growth SaaS startups.
