What you will do

• Lead product strategy for healthcare analytics solutions by identifying market opportunities and competitive trends.
• Conduct market research and client discovery to validate new product ideas and support long-term planning.
• Collaborate with technical product managers and engineering to define requirements and execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop commercialization strategies, including product positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Evaluate product investments using business cases, financial analysis, and customer value assessments.
• Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance product capabilities and user experience.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or healthcare consulting for SaaS solutions.
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, claims analytics, and healthcare data.
• Proven experience developing business cases and multi-year product roadmaps.
• Experience launching enterprise SaaS or data-driven solutions for payer organizations.
• Strong analytical skills; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
