Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; remote work is available for the majority of working hours.

What you will do

• Lead complex capital projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
• Manage project controls covering cost, schedule, forecasting, estimating, progress measurement, risk, and change control.
• Develop integrated schedules, execution plans, performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards.
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder workshops, and project communications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, quality, and contractor teams.
• Support commissioning, startup, turnover, operational readiness, proposals, and client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, information systems, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, project controls, PMO, commissioning, program management, or capital project delivery.
• Experience managing technical, operational, and business stakeholders across complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, capital project delivery, lifecycle governance, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, and change control.
• Experience with commissioning, startup, system turnover, operational readiness, or closeout activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, AACE, CCM, or a similar certification.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Oracle Unifier, Procore, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with PMIS implementations, PMO transformations, digital project delivery, or AI-enabled reporting and forecasting.
• Background in consulting, EPCM, engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, utilities, real estate, or industrial environments.
