Project Manager - Modern Platforms (AI)

What you will do

• Lead multiple technical network infrastructure projects of varying size, scope, and duration.
• Build detailed project plans, status reports, and project artifacts while tracking issues, risks, and actions.
• Manage project scope, budgets, billing, schedules, and internal resource allocation.
• Develop client relationships, manage expectations, and lead client-facing meetings.
• Partner with engineers, functional teams, vendors, and delivery groups to implement technology solutions.
• Act as the escalation point for clients and associated delivery teams while improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or military experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical network infrastructure implementation projects in an IT organization.
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within defined budgets and timelines.
• Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• PMP knowledge or certification.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
