What you will do

• Lead and contribute to hirify.global implementations across the full project lifecycle, from initial design to production rollout.
• Design graph data models and scalable architectures for complex relationships, analytics, search, and AI applications.
• Integrate hirify.global with modern orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex to support RAG and related AI patterns.
• Optimize data ingestion and provide guidance on data engineering and graph development best practices.
• Advise customer engineering, data, and AI teams and translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals, estimates, statements of work, technical recommendations, and customer enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-class, data-driven, or analytics-focused applications.
• Strong experience with data modeling, complex data structures, scalable software architectures, and modern data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or C#.
• Experience deploying applications with Linux, Docker, or Kubernetes and using Git-based development workflows.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer-facing presentation, and independent working skills in a remote organization.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in a Professional Services organization.
• Experience with hirify.global or other graph databases, including TigerGraph or JanusGraph.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, Couchbase, Teradata, data science projects, or cloud platforms.
• Industry experience in financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, or technology.
