Staff Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; customer and prospect onsite travel required approximately 15–30%.

Base salary: $127,000–$171,450 per year.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business challenges, data and governance gaps, and opportunities for AI automation.
• Prototype and configure AI agents and low/no-code solutions, validating hypotheses and demonstrating customer value.
• Architect scalable configuration-first solutions and make configuration-versus-customization decisions.
• Own complex deployments from discovery and design through build, integration, consumption, and value realization.
• Facilitate workshops with Director and Senior Director stakeholders, manage scope and delivery risks, and support executive business reviews.
• Create reusable implementation patterns, accelerators, playbooks, and structured product feedback.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in management consulting or forward-deployed solution roles at data platform companies.
• Hands-on data fluency with SQL; familiarity with Python, APIs, and modern data architectures.
• Experience building and deploying low/no-code solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder facilitation, and executive-facing skills.
• Working understanding of AI agent patterns, LLMs, data governance, and metadata management.
• Ability to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits approximately 15–30%.
