What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to identify business challenges and high-value opportunities for AI automation.
• Rapidly prototype and validate AI agent solutions using low/no-code tools to demonstrate value.
• Architect scalable, maintainable configuration-first solutions across complex customer ecosystems.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex deployments, from initial discovery through to consumption and value realization.
• Facilitate decisions and run high-impact workshops with Director and Senior Director level stakeholders.
• Develop reusable patterns, accelerators, and playbooks to improve platform delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting (strategy, operations, tech) or forward-deployed solution roles at data platform companies.
• Technical fluency in SQL (essential), Python, APIs, and modern data architectures.
• Demonstrated track record of building and deploying low/no-code solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong communication skills and presence when engaging with Director/Sr. Director level stakeholders.
• Working understanding of AI agent patterns, LLMs, data governance, and metadata management.
