Location: Remote within Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Ecuador, with up to 35% estimated onsite regional travel and availability for global 24x7 support scheduling.

What you will do

• Design, architect, integrate, implement, document, and benchmark ClickHouse solutions for enterprise customer projects.
• Provide consultative support for implementation, onboarding, production launches, and proofs of concept.
• Deliver hands-on architectural, technical, migration, development, and tooling assistance.
• Handle L1–L3 support cases and customer communications when not assigned to project work.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales on product roadmaps and account plans.
• Create documentation, knowledge-base content, reference architectures, learning materials, blogs, and benchmark results while mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Account Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management.
• 5+ years implementing, operating, or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed database management systems.
• Technical breadth across DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, system or network administration, and big data.
• Experience leading and shipping large-scope technical projects with experienced engineers.
• Expertise with a public cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and its infrastructure-as-a-service offerings.
• Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Ecuador.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse and open-source technologies.
• Experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, or RabbitMQ.
