Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Define and own Business Analysis standards, templates, and best practices across the organization.
• Establish scalable ways of working for requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management.
• Lead discovery activities, facilitate workshops, and map user journeys to define requirements.
• Produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams to design scalable digital solutions.
• Coach and support internal teams and contract BAs to ensure consistent delivery quality.

Requirements

• Significant Business Analysis experience within digital product, software, or technology-led environments.
• Proven experience establishing or improving BA standards, frameworks, or operating models.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design, including discovery, user research, and journey mapping.
• Technical credibility with Engineering and Architecture teams, specifically regarding APIs and data models.
• Experience working in agile, product-led delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
