What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to map user journeys and business objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, translate, and document business and technical requirements into functional specifications.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria using BDD/Gherkin practices.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
• Identify process bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities using data and service design practices.
• Communicate the purpose and business impact of deliveries to engineering teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in business and functional analysis, requirements engineering, and process improvement.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong prioritization, planning, task management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required, with the ability to independently engage onsite and offshore stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of APIs, databases, or systems architecture.
• Agile or business analysis certifications such as CSPO, PMI-PBA, or CBAP.
