What you will do

• Analyze capability gaps and propose strategic improvement methods for customer organizations.
• Define and document business, user, and system requirements while managing the full lifecycle.
• Facilitate high-stakes workshops and meetings to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers to prioritize backlogs and ensure value delivery.
• Govern solution scope and resolve conflicts to prevent scope creep during project execution.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the corporate knowledge base to elevate team expertise.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) is required.
• Must be based in Poland.
• 3+ years of IT industry experience with a focus on defining solutions from concept to production.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and at least 1 year of experience as an Agile practitioner.
• Expertise in UML and BPMN modeling and requirements management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven experience in establishing business analysis processes from scratch.

Nice to have

• Experience in Pre-sales and Discovery phases.
• Solid understanding of major architectural types.
• Practical experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
