Senior Information Security Engineer (Identity Access Management)

Location: United States; the role includes an on-call rotation with possible night and weekend shifts.

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, automate, troubleshoot, and maintain identity access platforms and security infrastructure.
• Secure access to enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud resources, and business services.
• Monitor systems for irregular behavior and implement preventive security measures.
• Define security requirements, recommend solutions, and contribute to the information security strategy.
• Develop and track security controls, standards, guides, reports, and assessment-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and clients while mentoring other engineers and delivering projects independently.

Requirements

• Effective written and spoken English communication is required.
• Hands-on administrative and development experience with identity access platforms, including installation, configuration, and administration.
• Strong understanding of IAM governance, identity lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Java.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, modern IT infrastructure, networking, and security engineering concepts.
• At least 3 years of experience engineering and implementing security solutions, plus the ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta, Auth0, Delinea PAM, or CrowdStrike Identity Protection.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence to IT access, automating processes, or remediating vulnerabilities.
