Senior SecOps Engineer II (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with work from home two days a week

Salary: $135,834–$186,773 annual base salary, plus eligibility for medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Execute operational security tasks, security assessments, compliance activities, and third-party security reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for endpoint security and oversee SIEM, EDR/XDR, and IAM tool performance.
• Lead security incident triage, investigation, response, threat hunting, and remediation.
• Perform malware analysis, forensic investigations, and evidence collection.
• Support privileged access reviews, change monitoring, operational metrics, and information security initiatives.
• Promote security best practices and improve security awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in security analysis, security operations, or forensics.
• Experience with network, systems, and application security.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC operations and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/2, NIST, and CIS security and control frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, independence, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
