What you will do

• Design and implement Okta Identity Governance, including SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication.
• Integrate Okta with SaaS, cloud, and on-premises applications using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Configure lifecycle management and automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and joiner-mover-leaver workflows.
• Implement access requests, access reviews, certifications, and entitlement management.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and customer success teams across multiple client engagements.
• Provide deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, post-implementation support, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise IAM solutions as a technical consultant.
• Required experience configuring and implementing Okta Identity Governance, with 2–4+ years of hands-on Okta experience.
• Strong knowledge of Okta SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, application integrations, and Okta Identity Governance features.
• Solid understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating Okta with enterprise applications and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Okta Professional, Administrator, or Consultant certification; an Okta Identity Governance badge is preferred.
• Experience with Okta Identity Engine, advanced authentication policies, or broader IAM and IGA platforms.
• Knowledge of SOX, ISO, or GDPR compliance frameworks and RBAC governance models.
• Experience with scripting, automation, or Okta API integrations.
