Cybersecurity manager position. Type: remote. Location: QA. Position: Senior.

Обязанности
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Cybersecurity team across Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Identity & Access Management.
- Manage security monitoring and incident response, ensuring timely investigation, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
- Drive the vulnerability management program by prioritizing risks, coordinating remediation with engineering teams, and tracking findings through to closure.
- Oversee application and cloud security initiatives, including DevSecOps practices, CI/CD security controls, cloud posture management, and secure development processes.
- Ensure effective identity, access, and data security controls, including access reviews, privileged access management, and data protection measures.
- Coordinate security audits and compliance activities (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other frameworks), ensuring findings are remediated and compliance is maintained.
- Lead security awareness initiatives, phishing simulations, and operational security reporting for key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a team of security engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Требования
- Hands-on experience in multiple security domains such as Security Operations, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Cloud Security, or Identity & Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS security services and cloud security best practices.
- Experience managing security operations, processes, and security tools in a technology-driven environment.
- Understanding of modern application architectures, secure software development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting security audits, governance, or compliance initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
