What you will do

• Administer identity and security operations platforms, including Okta, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, AWS IAM, certificates, and secrets management.
• Manage Active Directory implementations and rebuild the Active Directory Certificate Services environment.
• Develop and manage identity provisioning, permissions, access reviews, and Okta initiatives.
• Provide Tier 3 support, resolve complex security and infrastructure issues, and participate in on-call duties.
• Define policies and procedures and provide subject-matter expertise on SSO, SAML, SCIM, and identity security standards.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams while mentoring and educating team members.

Requirements

• Advanced conversational English and strong communication skills.
• Experience in at least three areas including SCIM automation, multifactor authentication, REST/SOAP/OAuth/OIDC integrations, role-based access control, privileged account management, conditional access, and access recertification.
• Expert knowledge of identity governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Advanced understanding of security principles, including separation of duties and least privilege.
• Knowledge of change management, service desk practices, and Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, business users, technical peers, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Okta Lifecycle Management and Active Directory Certificate Services.
• Technical knowledge of PKI and API security.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud services, authentication, PKI, system administration, software development, networking, or security architecture.
• Knowledge of threat hunting, threat modeling, digital forensics, reverse engineering, phishing, or penetration testing.
